The Rising Sun has plenty to eat and drink, with well planned areas to seat any group size and cater to all your needs. The menu is modern Australian with regularly changing specials. The kitchen is open seven days a week, from 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM.

The restaurant is a wonderfully presented dining area to suit 80 people seated with a traditional Australian menu. The large open fire place provides a lovely warm atmosphere on the colder days and the open bi-fold doors bring Melbourne’s beautiful weather inside on the warmer days.

Our public bar has 2 pool tables and dining is available every day.

The beer garden has been carefully designed to allow for any weather conditions so you can enjoy its surroundings, no matter what time of the year. Eat and drink all day every day.

A brand new electric motorised roof has now been completed and we are taking bookings. The roof is made up of 5 different sections so we can allow sun in at certain sections in summer or keep the wind and rain out in winter. There are 4 brand new bathrooms and a private bar upstairs too.

The Garden features a large-screen television, a nice sound system and is heated when appropriate.

The Rising Sun bottle shop is open from 11am every day of the week.
